Battre le lait coup\u00e9 d&#8217;eau et les oeufs, ajouter en une fois, battre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te brille et fasse des bulles. Couvrir et laisser reposer env. 30 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7onnage<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A l&#8217;aide de la corne \u00e0 p\u00e2te, mettre la p\u00e2te dans le creux du pass&#8217;sp\u00e4tzlis en proc\u00e9dant par portions.<\/li>\n<li>Passer la corne pour faire tomber les sp\u00e4tzlis dans l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/li>\n<li>Aussit\u00f4t les ps\u00e4tzlis remont\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface, les rep\u00eacher avec le pass&#8217;sp\u00e4tzlis et les \u00e9goutter.
